Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Pakt pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Our streamlined process ensures that finding your perfect fit is as effortless as wearing our collection.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your return package.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Place the items in their original mailer and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
